Mr. Potenza, a dual Swiss and Italian citizen, has a strong foundation in business and finance. His family owned extensive olive oil plantations in southern Italy, producing edible and lighting oil for export across the Mediterranean, the USA, and the Near East. As a result, business architecture and financial engineering are ingrained in Mr. Potenza’s DNA.

 

He holds an Executive MBA from the University of Oxford, a BBA from Zurich Business School, and additional qualifications in High Impact Leadership from the University of Cambridge. He is also a Certified Project Management Associate from the International Project Management Association (IPMA).

 

As an impact entrepreneur and investor, Mr. Potenza is deeply engaged in various sustainability initiatives and is the co-founder of several enterprises dedicated to advancing sustainable solutions..

 

Fluent in German, Italian, English, and French, with a working knowledge of Spanish, he cultivates an extensive international network of business partners and relationships.

 

Throughout his career, Mr. Potenza has held high-impact leadership roles within international organisations in various regions, working across industries such as minerals and mining, chemicals, agriculture, and finance. He specialises in high impact leadership, operations and supply chain management, supply and value chain finance, corporate strategy, and business development.
